Tasting Notes

Nose

An onion skin colour. Sweet, floral notes: apple purée, raspberryade, cherry, jam. Becomes firmer with water.

Palate

A mix of light dry maltiness alongside sloe, strawberry. Very sweet. Like wine and whisky shaken together.

Finish

Somehow sticky but thin.

Comment

A cocktail rather than a finish.
