Nose: Malty (bran flakes) and nutty with a floral note. Water brings out apple, lemon, honey, toffee and coconut.

Palate: Crisp, almost friable, nutty and crunchy with good mid-palate weight.

Finish: Soft fruit, coffee, then crisps up.

Comment: Crunchy! Attractive.

Nose: Flowery. Marshmallow.

Palate: Light but smooth. Clean. Spun sugar. Creamy.

Finish: Vanilla. Crème brûlée.

Comment: Pleasant, but I have had more complex bottlings from this distillery.
