Taster

Nose: Rich, fat, oily/waxy. Ripe, soft fruits, fruit jelly, pork fat, and also honey on buttered white loaf. Big, oily (waxed jackets/wet kelp), toasty. Gutsy.

Palate: Great texture with a slight (balanced) toastiness. Soft orangey fruit. The oily/waxy feel smooths it all together. Rich and mouthfilling.

Finish: Long and lush.

Comment: Very good with a slight maritime edge.
