Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet with toasted nuts, dried fruits and spices. Some light oaky tones and bracken. Water makes it slightly more fragrant: sweet hay, flowers, more spice.

Palate

A sweet yet savoury start. Caramelised fruit and nut. A good, quite chewy mid-palate but all very nicely underplayed.

Finish

Soft, hay-like.
