Nose: Delicately perfumey. Herbal and floral. Dry hay. Orange honey. Grapefruit. Cinnamon.

Palate: Light bodied. Silky and sweet. Perfectly balanced.

Finish: Long and whispering on sweet malty notes. Almond milk.

Comment: A midsummer's night dream dram. So delicate, so rich but without ostentation.

Nose: Firm and quite light. Dry grasses, coal dust. Slightly metallic. Malt bins.

Palate: Clean, sweet and attractive. Fibre (bran, rather than moral), toasted cereal. Attractive.

Finish: Light. Sweet.

Comment: Pleasant enough but a little hollow and lacking in complexity.
