Taster

Nose: Gentle, but complex. Sultana cake, baked fruits, wild flowers, melting milk chocolate truffle. Rich, mellow and gorgeous!

Palate: Lively and exciting. Complex nose: sweet spices, apple juice. Good depth and mouthfeel.

Finish: Macaroon bars and light fruits.

Comment: Has the wow factor that separates the very good from the truly great.

Taster

Nose: Unmistakably Glenlivet. Appetising. Full basket of summer fruit. Becomes custardy in time.

Palate: Smooth and mellow. Melts in mouth like a ripe fruit. Generous sweetness. Ends drily and elegantly with nutty notes.

Finish: Medium long, spicy, slightly tangy and dry.

Comment: The rich fruity profile of Glenlivet blossoms at cask strength. So well balanced.
