Nose

Crunchy tropical muesli with toasted oats and coconut, brimming with raisins, dried grapefruit peel, cranberries and papaya.

Palate

Creamy with lots of dried tropical fruits: apricot, papaya and mango with a healthy dollop of vanilla cream. A handful of toasted coconut shavings sprinkled on top.

Finish

Coconut pannacotta and diced mango too.

Comment

Really delicious. Good enough to convert those single malt snobs.
