Palate

A soft, enveloping palate crammed with orchard fruits: juicy conference pears and fleshy peaches. There’s a lovely balance between spirit and oak, with a touch of wood spice and Shreddies as well toward the finish.

Finish

Toffee apples and toasted oak chips.

It’s that well integrated I would never have guessed Tequila had gone near this.
