Nose

Wafts of toffee fudge to begin, then a bit of lemon curd and caramel-dipped apples.

Palate

Thick and full without water: salt water taffy and more red apples. With water, the texture stays chewy, but the spice calms a little and there’s a bit more citrus.

Finish

Spicy at the front of the palate with and without water with a lengthy finish.

Comment

Loved the texture here; it’s really mouthfilling. Tasty if not incredibly complex.
