Nose

Nutty and woody: pecan pie and new oak. Lemon, black pepper, coriander seed, roasted chestnut, toffee apple, and lime curd.

Palate

Medium bodied. Treacle sponge pudding with sugary date chunks and a little crystallised ginger. Oat-milk coffee. Cooked pears in syrup. Hints of nutmeg and clove. Lemon meringue pie.

Finish

Medium, on caramel latte, lemon zest, and a little oaky spicy.

Comment

Very nicely balanced and very sippable.
