Nose

Summer berry fruits and Bakewell tart with raspberry and marzipan. Becomes more fragrant with water yielding old rose and chalky sweets (Edinburgh Rock).

Palate

Warm hickory wood and rosehip syrup, blackcurrant liqueur then roasted sweet pepper, and sweet potato wedges. Slightly medicinal.

Finish

Chewy and soothing.
