Taster

Nose: A balsamic character. Eucalyptus. Touch of molasses. A definite sweetness here.

Palate: Smooth and soft. But too soft. Watery at midpalate. Sickly sweet.

Finish: Very faint. Sweet with that eucalyptus character and a bitter touch.

Comment: Like a sticky candy you have kept in your pocket for ages. Easy to forget.

Score: 6.9

Taster

Nose: Rich with that black treacle edge to it. Sweet and sour pork, distant mint.

Palate: Falls apart a little on the tongue. Masses of sweetness, cloying.

Finish: Spun sugar all the way.

Comment: One for those with a sweet palate, will work well in cocktails and with ginger I should think though.
