Nose

Apple pie and vanilla custard. Wafer cone and zesty lemon. A hint of underripe nectarine. Earthy peat smoke, pencil eraser, and slight salinity.

Palate

Medium-full. Earthy, mossy peat with a sweet wood-smoke note and a hint of cigarette tobacco. Lime cordial, tart apple, hints of Rich Tea biscuit, and a building peppercorn heat.

Finish

Medium-long, on green apple and earthy, coastal peat notes.
