Nose
Lemon meringue pie and cherry bakewell tarts with a hint of liquorice cutting through the sweetness. Followed by KP dry roasted peanuts, salted butter and pine resin.
Palate
Lemon curd, baked figs and chocolate brioche. Strawberries in jelly and a sour bitterness of liquorice, burnt wood shavings, and grapefruit.
Finish
Buttery texture from the chocolate brioche notes that pairs well with the sweet and bitter fruits that carries the length of the finish.
Comment
Dry, spicy, fruity, bitter and sour. A taste sensation.
