Nose

French toast with rich vanilla custard. Soft cookies with white chocolate chunks and dried cranberries. Tangy lemon-flavoured yoghurt and whipped egg white. Crushed walnuts. Hints of honey and fresh rosemary.

Palate

Medium bodied. Chocolate truffle coated with crushed walnuts. Milky (soy milk) coffee. More tangy citrus, like fresh lemon and lime peel. Biscuity malt — chocolate and hazelnut cookies. Baked pear.

Finish

Fairly short, on pear and nuts.

Lovely flavours and balance — would have liked it to stay a little longer.
