Palate

ily, it immediately coats the mouth with juicy fruits – peach flesh, dried apricots, and a fruit-laden Dundee cake. Thick-cut bacon adds a chunky meatiness, while dry oak tannins and wood spice hold everything together.

Finish

Fat, grainy, meaty and chewy. It leaves a lasting impression.
