Nose

Sawn oak, golden syrup and candied ginger. Pencil lead, olive oil, and peach cordial. A little hibiscus. Buttery biscuit base.

Palate

Full bodied. Concentrated fruit flavours, including pineapple, banana, and plum. Delicate lychee in the back. Underpinned by very subtle sweet cereal notes.

Finish

Pistachio and red apple fades slowly.

Comment

This is a complex and well-balanced dram. Bravo.
