Nose

Celery salt, banana skin and stewed plums. Semolina pudding with applesauce. Perhaps a touch of rhubarb. Fresh figs and real honeycomb. A pinch of cocoa powder, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Palate

Medium bodied. Tinned pink grapefruit, mandarin and peach segments in their juices, with white grape. Drumstick lolly. A slight oiliness. White chocolate sweetness and a touch of vanilla oat biscuit.

Finish

Medium, with fruit salad character.

Comment

A touch hot at first, but showing some real promise.
