Tasting Notes

Dave Broom

Taster

Nose: Very sweet and slightly buttery, then a grappa-like immaturity. All pear drops and bananas. Unbalanced distillation wise.

Palate: Thin and though clean has an aggressive quality. Water calms this down but also reduces the flavour to nothing bar a slightly buzzy quality.

Finish: Hard.

Comment: Esters galore and another that’s just too young.

Score: 6
