Nose

Sweet with a dry undertow and some depth. Fruity, with orange concentrate, lemon icing/cupcakes and some dry maltiness. In time, a real creaminess.

Palate

Good weight, though slightly slick on the palate. Plenty of fruit balanced by a crisp nuttiness and a strange roasted quality: highly roasted coffee bean/bourbon biscuit.

Finish

Soft and long.

Of the two Cradle Mountains I have tasted, this is the better.
