Taster

Nose: Light and sweet. Coconut ice. Some marshmallow and vanilla. Creamy.

Palate: Oily, fiery, sugary. Some vegetal bitterness. Creamier and more rounded with water.

Finish: Warming. Late, sweet and bitter, liquorice notes. Remember 'Imps'

Comment: Rich and viscous and packed with flavour. Develops some elegance with water.

Taster

Nose: Peach and strawberry yoghurts, Refresher sweets, carrots and pears. With time and water a slightly silagey element appears, but recovers to show admirable balance of fruit, earth and wood.

Palate: Buttery, fruity and a slurpy suck of toffee.

Finish: A light burnt-woodiness indicating some age and a slight minerally, coal-tar edge.

Comment: Very enjoyable and marked up for balance and poised integration.
