Taster

Nose: Warm. Fresh earthiness. The forest floor. Wild mushrooms. Chanterelle vol-au-vents.

Palate: Creamy. Slight accent toward maltiness, but very well balanced. Starts sweet, but develops some fruity acidity. Apricots. Apple. Fruit pie and custard.
