Nose

Light cinder toffee and green apples to start, then melty marshmallows and root beer.

Palate

Quite light on the palate but with nice texture. Silky with notes of apple pie, vanilla ice cream, again a bit of that sarsaparilla flavour, and some banana too.

Finish

Fairly spicy with a lingering note of toffee in the background.

Comment

A very nice and easygoing whisky for warmer months.
