Nose

Palate

Brown-sugar-glazed pecans with lots of cooked down raisins, bordering on Christmas cake but fresher. Spiciness — nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger — with a hint of liquorice.

Finish

Slightly bitter and drying, but medium length with a touch of sweetness.
