Taster

Nose: Grassy. Mown lawn, daffodil, chamomile tea, and freshly cut elderflower. Under this, there’s candied orange, vanilla cookie with icing, and blossom honey.

Palate: Medium-full. Dried mango pieces, fresh fig, and candied citrus peels. White grape and elderflower cordial. Tinned mandarin segments.

Finish: As the fruits begin to fade, vanilla sponge cake emerges.

Comment: Evolves from grassy to citrus forward with time in the glass.
