Nose

Fat and oily, with a salty and almost meaty coastal vibe. There’s fruit in strawberry and apple leather roll-ups and a zest of lemon oil, though overall herbaceous with cut hay and green grass.

Palate

Fruity and mouthwatering. That slightly bitter lemon oil is in charge, leading a lovely creamy parade of fresh orchard fruits, black pepper and summer sensations.

Finish

Salt and a subtle smoke come back to play with Queen Lemon.

Surprisingly fresh and fun. I’d take this to the beach for a summer BBQ.
