Tasting Notes

Nose

Pale and wispy with just a hint of butter. Grassy and slightly vegetal. Light oily weight but be careful with the water.

Palate

Buttery and considerably more vibrant than the delicacy of the nose suggests. Concentrated and lightly fruity with lemon and a clinging Loire Chenin type texture.

Finish

Clean with an acidic zinginess.

Comment

The low aromatics knock it down but has real palate presence.
