Creamy and quite simple. Lightly floral, green apple, nut, sap. Water brings out copper coins.
Palate
Lifted, slightly smoky (burnt grass). Firm, toasty oak, heather. Peppery from mid-palate on.
Finish
Hot and peppery. Nettle.
