Nose

Deep and mature. Tarte tatin cinnamon stick. Fleshy and ripe with peaches, quince, cedar and complex. Sweet and rich.

Palate

Totallly different to the nose. Here it is all about suede leather fragrant pipe smoke and ripe soft fruits. A teasing whisky with great length. Oddly exotic.

Finish

Liquorice and treacle, then sweet.

Comment

Plump. A pudding whisky. Excellent.
