Nose

Lean and strangely lactic with boiling vegetables. Water accentuates this which turns into PVA glue/envelope gum. With water there’s old bruised apple, suet hiding what seems to be an attractive sweet core.

Palate

Thin and acidic with a lean edge and a crisp maltiness. Water allows gentle fruit tocome, briefly, before it collapses in a puff of powdered almonds.

Finish

Hollow.
