Nose

Marzipan/almond undercut with a sweet almost sugary sweetness. American cream soda.has some weight and a balancing earthy touch. Light but fragrant. Even better with water.

Palate

Very clean and direct with that sugared quality to the fore. Pink ginger, lilies and butter. Quite sweet and a little oily.

Finish

Soft and sweet.
