Nose: Very fresh. Green grassiness,some lime Opal Fruits (Starburst) and banana split. Water,strangely hardens\rthings considerably bringing out a jangling metallic note

Palate: Light and slightly hollow in the centre though with oaky grip on the sides of the tongue. Quite milky. Water\rsoftens things

Finish: Dry.

Comment: Splits into its (often contradictory) component parts.Lacks balance and coherence

Nose: Fragrant. Lots of outdoor scents. Angelica,fresh hazelnuts,reeds. Cut lawn. Opens on fruit:green apple,kiwi, medlar.A hint of shoe polish. With a dash of water,Demerara sweetness

Palate: Crisp. A fruity sourness leads way to spices. Ginger,blackpepper

Finish: Warm and spicy.

Comment: Quite a dry character. That fresh sourness stiffens it but a few drops of water will make it smile
