Nose

Big, fruity nose, lots of oranges, some almond nougat, maple syrup, and buttered toast with marmalade.

Palate

Lots of butterscotch, orange peel, candied cranberries, and treacle nearer the end.

Finish

Medium length with nice sweet and spicy notes.

Comment

An enjoyable, if not standout, whisky that would please a wide group.
