Nose

Fresh sweetcorn, digestive biscuit, and a little rapeseed oil. Hints of wood varnish, cedar, and scented candle. A little blackberry, with dandelion and burdock drink.

Palate

Light-medium. Blackcurrant and raspberry, with more dandelion and burdock and a hint of vanilla ice cream. A slight mechanical oily note. A little dark chocolate, violet, and woody cinnamon.

Finish

Medium, on the dark fruits and chocolate, with a hint of tahini.

Comment

There was a lot of warm depth hidden in this. A lovely sipper.
