Tasting Notes

Nose

Direct and quite fine. Crisp, with hints of oil, sultana, hessian, roasted nut and, with water, creamy malt and light smoke.

Palate

Good waxy/oily feel with a concentrated mid-palate that has apricot, coconut and raspberry.

Finish

Honey, some oiliness.

Comment

Good, but just lacks the oomph of the other examples.
