Taster

Nose: Clean, fragrant and herbal. Weighty with subtle citrus oils mixed with a saline note. Smoke drifts in the background.

Palate: Light. Seems shy with a fresh acidity. Tinned fruits then the salt and deep smoke. smouldering away.

Finish: Bone dry.
