Nose

Mature. Rich tea biscuit, toasted oak, bung cloth, sawdust. Some smoke moving into wood ash. Dry oak.

Palate

Sweet start with a good feel. Fudge like. Good balance, but disappointing with water.

Finish

Short. Dry.

Has the austerity of age but not the sweetness to balance.
