Delicate peat kiln, tropical fruits and citrus: lemon, orange, pineapple, honeysuckle. Delicately fierce.

Palate

Light smoke, cookie dough, fresh barley. An attractive sweetness to it finishing on a salted caramel tone.

Finish

Long and light, picturing a dwindling fire, with a very thin streak\nof smoke.\n

Well balanced, not abrasive, great for a winter’s eve.
