Nose

Manure with primary, oily peat and barley. A touch of toffee, coffee and what feels like sweet grain notes appear. Lovely intensity. \n

Palate

Sweet barley mingles with white fruit, heather, vanilla and oily peat along with some sweeter peat notes. Toasted toffee appear on the middle as well as the crisp, grain spirit note.

Finish

Long, intensely salty and grainy finish with some lingering whiter fruit and a return of the manure. \n

Comment

Although not hugely complex, the higher degree of alcohol means that its straightforward character is amplified.
