Tasting Notes

Nose

All spice and candied peel and the suggestion of an old whisky that has matured very gently. Very zesty and lively with tingling spice and a heavy floral note like lilies.

Palate

Sweet with caramelised sugars and a touch of rosewood. Balanced and discreet. Slightly less direct with water, but has a real subtle depth.

Finish

Long with gentle spice.

Comment

Elegant and sophisticated.
