Nose: Prickly. Paint varnish. Fruity with a floral hint. Pears poached in a rosehip syrup. The varnish note vanishes and gives way to juicy fruit. With water,ripe apricot and candied pineapple.

Palate: Oily, velvety. Opens on succulent fruit soaked in custard or almond milk. Tangy feel.

Finish: Dry,spicy.Almond skin
