Tasting Notes

Nose

Gentle, soft and very spicy with hints of jasmine blossom, lemon and then clover honey.

Palate

Has an almost effervescent quality. Really spicy: powdered ginger, cinnamon, cayenne. With water it becomes very soft and silky but has enough structure to show its quality.

Finish

Long, the spices giving way to honey.

Comment

Great in a blend... or on its own. Shows what a lovely drink grain can be.
