A substantial mix of pressed hedgerow fruits, cooked nettles, scented woods and some whisky rancio.

Palate

Needs water to reveal some real complexity. Gentle fruity touches -\rraspberry jam skimmings, ice cream, butterscotch and a pleasing\rbitterness. Elegant and old.

Finish

Minty.
