Tasting Notes

Nose

Overripe fruits, banana split, cocoa, frangipane. A whiff of rosewood when water is added along with melting butter.

Palate

Gentle and sweet with honeycomb and a balsa wood delicacy. Has the slippery quality which you want in a grain.

Finish

Sweet, popcorn.

Comment

Like so many it is so hot! Why bottle at this tongue scouring, throat burning strength?
