Edgy with a light metallic note: aluminium, green grass, geranium, whiff of sulphur.
Palate
Surprisingly sweet start with a firm grip and a very dry mid palate that carries a light phenolic note from the cask.
Finish
Short and slightly hard.

More in line with the first two. The most 'grainy' on show.
