Nose

Hard to place initially — there’s some green grass, sweet peas, orange peel, and a touch of beeswax and marshmallows.

Palate

There’s still a bit of that new make characteristic here — it’s soft but there, with some vanilla and grassiness coming through and a little chilli spice at the front of the palate.

Finish

Fairly spicy with a gentle sweetness.

Comment

Certainly pleasant but felt it needs a bit more time to develop.
