Nose

Summertime in a glass — at least, a warm summer in a glass. Fresh grass, apple blossom, and clover. Some fresh laundry and vanilla sweetness but very balanced, not cloying.

Palate

Peaches and pineapple, wonderful creaminess with beautiful floral characteristics alongside a bit of soft white sponge cake with fondant icing.

Finish

Just a tinge of grassy bitterness alongside the sweet fruitiness — very well balanced.

Comment

An exceptionally delicious whisky and perfectly balanced.
