Nose

Pine trees, and a bit of glue — a woodshop in springtime. There’s a touch of something nutty in the background, and warm waxy honey.

Palate

Buttery toasted nuts, alongside some clove spice and liquorice make for a bigger taste on palate than expected from the nose. Fairly hot overall.

Finish

A fairly bitter finish across the mid-palate, with a good whack of spice.

Comment

Lacks a bit of balance, and I wanted a bit more sweetness on the palate.
