Nose

Fresh and grainy. Cornflake cereal, and wheat cereal biscuits with lots of cold milk. Lemon-lime curd. A hint of fondant icing. Overripe apple, leaning into cider. Freshly mown grass and meadowsweet.

Palate

Medium-full. Fragrant and grassy. Hints of lemongrass, pine, and lime and orange peels. Then vanilla pod and crème caramel. Gingersnap biscuit, warm oat milk, and honey-nut cornflake cereal.

Finish

Medium-long. Orange citrus notes linger alongside creamy vanilla.

A light and zingy blended malt with lovely complexity.
