Taster
Nose: Pear drop and a pleasant, transient whiff of modelling glue that blows off. Underneath, sweet malted cereal and white chocolate. Lots of fudge and tahini. Cornflakes and golden syrup.
Palate: Medium. Banana milkshake and milk chocolate. Applesauce with a pinch of cinnamon. Vanilla ice cream and caramel. Fondant sweets.
Finish: Medium, on caramel. A little green apple at the end.
Comment: Pleasantly sweet, spirit-forward, and well rounded.

Taster
Nose: Lovely jammy sweetness of summer berries. Then apples cooked with butter and cinnamon, and crisp pastry. Seeded sourdough. A little ground coriander seed and chalky walnut. Peach schnapps.
Palate: Medium. Salted butter and sourdough. Juicy fresh peach and pear, burrata, and caramelised brown sugar. Sticky fruit loaf with crystallised ginger. Peanut brittle and toasted coconut shavings.
Finish: Medium-long, on fruit cake and syrupy peaches. Ends with caraway seed.
Comment: A lovely mix of sweet peach and rich fruitcake.
